We will regularly release free maintenance updates for Version 64. These updates will resolve annoying problems our users have found or fix some bone-headed mistakes we've made.
•Implement Web Mail Setup for using GMail or Office 365 for sending EFT Notifications.
•Add two new Styles and clean up icon colours displayed on all forms.
•Polish form display and fix failed form closures discovered testing updated modules.
•Include My Help notes in Backups.
•Download Adobe PDF version of the Help as well as updated Help ZIP file in the Version Updates procedure.
•Fixed typo in Help to link to our web site.
•Increase the size of the Library Base Folder data entry field size.
•Move Library Base Folder block to The Scheduler "Start In" location RBA_Common folder eliminating reference to all local user's "documents" folder..
•Resolve Custom Import routine to include invoice information on notifications.
•Resolve error problem of the "Reprinting Notifications" process.
•Resolve "Access Violation" error on closing The Scheduler. This was a housekeeping problem closing forms and no client data was affected.
•Correct a few typos and formatting errors in this help system.
•Cancel new client, new transaction entry or client, transaction edit if "Post" button not clicked and user closes form thus ensuring tables close properly preventing error condition on the "Prepare" form.
•Resolve "Invalid Index" error on changing from Client / Transaction Information form to the EFT form.
•Cleaned up transition on Category Button change and resolve situation of Backup created missing Client Folder information.
•Corrected a couple of links to the web help version.
•Mostly resolve Whack-a-Mole problem of the "Access Violation" error on closing The Scheduler. This seems to now only occasionally happen. This is a housekeeping problem closing forms and no client data was affected.
•When changing Client Transaction banking information, user is given the option to update all the client transactions banking information
•Reorganized the EFT File Processing panels to follow a better progression of the process and update the screen shots in this help system.
•CIBC has changed their processing "rules". Their platform used to adjust due dates if they fell on a weekend or statutory holiday. They are no longer doing that so we've built this feature into The Scheduler.. Credit transactions will have the due date changed to the first previous business day and debit transactions to the next business day. See Holiday Calendar Update information entry.
•Repaired some broken links the the Help Manual to changed web site locations.
•Clicking the "X" button to close The Scheduler bypassed some important housekeeping tasks (like if the option to create a Scheduler Backup on closing the The Scheduler has been set up). This has all been resolved..
•Finally (I hope) resolved the "Access Violation" error on closing The Scheduler.
