These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.stradnic.com, and any affiliated websites, pages, or applications operated by Stradnic Legal LLC (collectively, the “Sites”).
By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.
1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

4. Restrictions on Use

5. No Attorney–Client Relationship / No Legal Advice
Your use of the Sites does not create an attorney–client relationship between you and Stradnic Legal LLC. All information provided on the Sites is general informational content only and does not constitute legal advice.
An attorney–client relationship is formed only through a written, signed engagement agreement. Communications submitted through the Sites (including contact forms or email) are not confidential or privileged unless you are an existing client.
6. Submissions and Unsolicited Materials
We do not accept unsolicited ideas, proposals, or confidential information. If you submit any materials, ideas, or suggestions (“Submissions”), you acknowledge they are non-confidential and you grant Stradnic Legal LLC a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, modify, and distribute them.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to post false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content; attempt unauthorized access; circumvent security features; or disrupt or interfere with Site functionality. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Sites may contain links to third-party websites or services (“Third-Party Services”). Stradnic Legal LLC does not control and is not responsible for Third-Party Services, including their content, privacy practices, or security. Your use is at your own risk.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Sites and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stradnic Legal LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stradnic Legal LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Sites. If liability is found, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Sites, if any.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stradnic Legal LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Sites, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Sites shall be resolved by binding arbitration, administered by JAMS in accordance with its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules.
Location: Boston, Massachusetts. Individual basis only: no class, collective, or representative actions.
Opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to support@stradnic.com within 30 days of first using the Sites.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Sites. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Sites at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason.
