 INGREDIENTS:
 2 cups rolled oats
 1 tsp cinnamon
 1 tsp cardamom
 ¼ tsp nutmeg
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp salt   1 Tbsp ground flax
 2 cups soy milk
