My aunt, (name pending?) who works as a teacher in Kuwait, claims that when she first started teaching, classes were very traditional. One of the challenges Alia faces is changing how some people think about women in sports. It is already part of daily life in Kuwait. To learn more, I spoke with Dr. Sara Al-Mutairi, a professor of Computer Science at Kuwait University. She explained how AI is starting to affect schools, jobs, and even families. %u201cAI is when machines or computer systems can think and learn like people,%u201d Dr. Al-Mutairi said. %u201cThey can look at information, make choices, and even guess what might happen next.%u201d AI in Schools In Kuwait, AI is helping students in classrooms. Dr. Al-Mutairi explained that special computer programs can give each student their own learning path. The programs can also show teachers which students need more help. %u201cThe good thing is that every student can learn at their own speed,%u201d she said.
