# Vessel routing measures (TSS, fairways, precautionary areas)

IMO-adopted and USCG vessel routing measures in U.S. waters (327 polygons by `routetype`: traffic lanes, separation zones, precautionary areas, fairways, areas to be avoided, two-way and recommended routes, particularly sensitive sea areas), with the `cfrsection` and `citation` that establish each. The id is the source OBJECTID.

- **Licence**: CC-PDDC - U.S. federal government work (NOAA); the AGOL item carries NOAA's 17 U.S.C. 403 notice (material 'not subject to copyright protection within the United States'; foreign copyrights may apply). - **Attribution**: National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office for Coastal Management (OCM), via MarineCadastre.gov. Public domain. Processed by Ocean Metrics.

Native attributes keep the source layer's names; a native name equal to a gazetteer column ignoring case
(`NAME` vs `name`) is suffixed `_src`.
