Read by the client with range requests to search and resolve places without loading any geometry. Rebuilt by scripts/build_index.py whenever a collection is published. The per-place licence and attribution of the underlying geometry are in the index rows and must be honoured when the geometry is used; the index itself is CC0-1.0.",
