Raw day-of-year statistics, no smoothing window (catalog/build_then_now.py --window N pools +-N days if ever wanted). Baselines: 1985-2005 (the climate-dashboard-app's default first 20 years) and 2003-2012 (the NMS EcoIndicators baseline). Same grid, encoding and reading pattern as the rasters collection: one band = one HTTP range request.",
