Does PropertyPulse work offline?
Yes! PropertyPulse is built offline-first. All features work without internet connection, including tracking properties,
tenants, payments, and expenses. This means you can use the app anywhere—in basements, rural areas, or dead zones—without
any connectivity issues.
Do I need to create an account?
No account required. Simply download the app and start managing your properties immediately. No email, no password,
no verification—just download and go.
How is my data stored and is it private?
Your data is stored locally on your device using SQLite database. PropertyPulse does not send your property, tenant,
or financial data to any servers. Your information stays private and under your control at all times.
How many properties can I manage?
PropertyPulse allows you to manage multiple properties with all the essential features you need: tenant tracking,
rent payment records, expense tracking with categories, and financial reporting.
How do I export my data?
You can export all your property data from the Settings screen. The export creates a complete backup file that includes
properties, tenants, payments, expenses, and receipt photos. You can save this file to iCloud Drive, share via AirDrop,
or store it anywhere you choose.
