The Company notes the announcement made by Xtract Energy Plc ("Xtract") this morning and can confirm that it has agreed to make an equity investment in Xtract on the terms set out therein. This will mark the first pro-active investment by Tiger since its new investing policy was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting held on 19 June 2012.
