- Device Information: We may collect data about the device you use to access Vibe Village, including the device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
Access to Your Contacts
When creating a Family Circle in Vibe Village, you may choose to send invitations to family members or friends. To facilitate this process:
- The app requests access to your device's Contacts app to allow you to manually select individuals to invite.
- The app securely stores the contact details (name and phone number) of individuals you elect to invite to your Family Circle. This data is used solely for sending and tracking invitations.
- The app does not store any contact information for individuals you do not elect to invite.
We are committed to handling your data securely and ensuring it is used exclusively for the intended purpose of creating and managing Family Circles.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the app's functionality.
- Personalize your experience by recommending content and features.
- Display your comments and enable social features, including moderation for safety and legal compliance.
- Communicate with you about updates, promotions, and other information related to Vibe Village.

User-Generated Comments
In‑Battle Comments (Family Circle)
In‑battle comments are visible only to members of your Family Circle participating in or viewing a battle. These comments are intended for private group interactions within the app.
Battle Feed Comments (Public)
Vibe Village also provides a public battle feed where users may post comments visible to a broader audience across the app. When you submit a battle feed comment, its content, your display name/username at the time of posting, and associated metadata are collected and stored.
Moderation and Community Standards
We may monitor, moderate, edit, or remove comments to maintain community standards, protect users, and comply with applicable laws. You agree not to submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing material. We may use automated tools and/or human review for moderation and to investigate abuse reports.
Retention and Deletion of Comments
- Retention: Comments are stored indefinitely.
- User Deletion Controls: You cannot edit or delete individual comments after submission.
- Account Deletion: If you delete your account, we will disassociate your name and username from all comments you created. The text of your comments may remain visible to other users but will no longer be attributed to your account.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Trusted third-party companies that assist us in operating the app and providing services to you (including hosting, analytics, security, and moderation vendors).
- Other Users: Content you post may be visible to other users according to the features you use (e.g., Family Circle for in‑battle comments; public battle feed for battle feed comments). If you later delete your account, we will disassociate your name and username from your historical comments.
- Legal Obligations: When required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Your Choices
You can manage your personal information through the app's settings. You may also opt out of receiving promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails.
Children's Privacy
Vibe Village is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
