Motion for Permission to File Electronically (Ex Parte)

TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:

NOW COMES, Barbara Ann Johnson (“Plaintiff”), appearing pro se, and respectfully moves this Court for leave to file documents electronically in this case pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 5(d)(3)(B) and applicable Local Rules.

1. Plaintiff is proceeding pro se and seeks permission to utilize the Court’s CM/ECF system.
2. Plaintiff previously experienced misrepresentation in Western District proceedings involving attorney Javier Martinez and therefore asserts her constitutional and statutory right to represent herself.
3. Electronic filing privileges will (a) enable timely filings, (b) reduce the burden on the Clerk’s Office, and (c) ensure filings are preserved and accessible without delay.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests the Court grant this Motion and authorize electronic filing privileges for Plaintiff in the above‑captioned matter.
