I, Barbara Ann Johnson, of 11705 Smoking Oaks Street, Live Oak, Texas, being duly sworn, attest and affirm under penalty of perjury:

1. I am the named Plaintiff in the matter pending before the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division.
2. I am not represented by counsel and appear pro se.
3. I am over the age of 18 and competent; all statements herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

1. I am the Plaintiff in the above‑captioned matter.
2. I have the legal right to represent myself as a pro se litigant.
3. In prior Western District proceedings, I was misrepresented by attorney Javier Martinez, causing prejudice.
4. To prevent further harm, I am exercising my constitutional and statutory right to proceed pro se.
5. I respectfully request that the Court acknowledge my status and allow me to file electronically through CM/ECF.
