Couplr Inc. ("we", "us", "our") develops and publishes games for mobile devices. This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, store, use, disclose or otherwise process information in connection with the use of Ani Sort Puzzle and any other Couplr Inc. product or service that links to this Notice (each a "Service," collectively, the "Services").

Our Services do not require account registration or login. We do not collect your name, email address, or other personal contact information through the Services. However, the following information may be collected automatically when you use our Services:

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our Services. Firebase Analytics collects usage and behavior data such as session information, app activity, and device information. Optional usage analytics starts only after an explicit opt-in. In Ani Sort Puzzle on iOS version 1.0.5 build 18 and later, it is off by default for new users and can be enabled in Settings > Usage analytics > Turn on; no analytics consent dialog appears automatically before the tracking permission request. Previously saved usage analytics preferences are preserved solely for optional gameplay analytics. They do not grant tracking permission or enable personalized advertising. You can turn off usage analytics at any time in Settings. Earlier versions and other platforms may ask you to choose Allow analytics. You can withdraw your choice in Settings > Usage analytics. Analytics includes an app-instance identifier, app version, distribution store, gameplay progress and interactions with ads and purchases. We use aggregated reports to improve our Services and compare distribution stores. We do not use this analytics data for personalized advertising. Turning off usage analytics does not change separate advertising settings or erase data already processed by Google. In builds with the separate choice counter enabled, the first allow or decline choice is sent to our Cloudflare Workers service with the distribution store and build channel. This limited request is separate from optional Firebase Analytics and is also sent when you explicitly decline (No thanks, or Turn off in the iOS analytics settings dialog). Leaving analytics off without making a choice is not counted as a decline. It does not enable Firebase Analytics after a decline and contains no gameplay, advertising ID or Firebase app-instance ID. A random, choice-specific receipt is used only to deduplicate retries. Scheduled cleanup normally deletes receipts within 8 days and daily aggregate counts within 181 days. Cleanup can be delayed by service failures. Failed sends may be retried on app launch for up to 3 days. Existing choices and subsequent settings changes are not reported. Cloudflare necessarily processes network information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service; our application database does not store IP addresses or user-agent strings. For Ani Sort Puzzle on iOS, version 1.0.5 build 17 and later, we request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before enabling tracking-based advertising. If you allow tracking and applicable regional consent permits it, Google AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and advertising interaction data to personalize and measure advertising across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, restrict, or have not granted tracking permission, we request non-personalized ads and disable publisher privacy personalization. Advertising may still involve processing technical information for ad delivery, security, and measurement as permitted by applicable consent. If required consent cannot be established, ads remain disabled. Your choice does not restrict gameplay. Optional Firebase usage analytics is controlled separately and is not enabled by granting ATT permission.

Our Services offer in-app purchases (such as ad removal) processed through Google Play Store and Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment or financial information. All payment processing is handled by the respective platform. Purchase records are maintained by Google and Apple and can be restored through your account on those platforms.

Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google's data retention policies. We do not maintain game user accounts. The separate initial-choice counter stores limited choice records and a random retry receipt as described above; it does not store IP addresses, user-agent strings, gameplay or advertising identifiers in its application database.

Our Services are designed for a general audience and are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The advertisements shown may be limited to comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

We use reasonable security measures to protect the information collected through our Services. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
