Not to upload, share, or otherwise transmit content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Spam and Misuse:
Not to use ClipItTv for the purpose of sending unsolicited messages, spam, or other forms of unsolicited communications.
5. Zero Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
Zero Tolerance:
ClipItTv maintains a strict zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users.
Objectionable Content:
The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal:
  • Content that is offensive, abusive, threatening, or harassing
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence against any individual or group
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Content depicting or promoting illegal activities
  • Content that exploits or endangers minors
  • Spam, scams, or misleading content

Reporting Mechanism:

ClipItTv will review all reports of objectionable content and act within 24 hours to remove content that violates these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion without prior notice.
Account Termination:
Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will have their accounts immediately suspended or permanently terminated. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned from the platform with no option for appeal.
Compliance:
By using ClipItTv, you agree to comply with this zero tolerance policy. Violation of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action where applicable.
6. Content Ownership and Licensing
User Content:
You retain ownership of all content you upload to ClipItTv. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform.
Our Content:
All content provided by ClipItTv, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ClipItTv LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

In no event shall ClipItTv LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of ClipItTv.
