I contracted Ben Lohmand Landscaping in anticipation of my wife and I not being able to take care of my yard for a couple of months during my recovery from surgery, and her being in the 1st trimester of pregnancy and us having 3 miscarriages earlier. We discussed how the grasses needed to be cut down, the flowers deadheaded, the weeds pulled, and the lawn mowed.
The first service that was scheduled was the lawn mowing, their riding lawn mower leaked oil all over the flagstone that they had to drive across to get to the backyard, you could visibly see the rate at which the lawnmower was leaking oil and it was frequent, a rate of every couple of inches! My wife and I have a pet potbelly pig as I am allergic to everything under the sun, as soon as my wife went to check on the job they had done she alerted me to the fresh oil on the flagstone.
