I planted an area with new shrubs and mulch. Now grass is just growing through the weed block. You can see from the pictures where I removed the mulch. And then where I removed the grass. A perfect circle where the grass just pierced the weed block. If it was just one spot, it would be ok, but it is in many many spots.
