We wanted create a more level area for our kids swingset, and level and fill areas of the yard for aesthetics, but also to prevent injury playing in the yard and allow better water drainage.
We also wanted to have a more dense grassy lawn throughout our yard, including the shaded area - which is notoriously difficult to grow grass. Kevin has really come through!
